Last week, I purchased a flight ticket from Canakkale to Gaziantep with a layover in Ankara for my family and me. While buying the ticket, it was mentioned that if I chose the Prime Fly option, I could make changes without penalty by paying an additional fee.

I intentionally bought this ticket, and when my travel plans changed unexpectedly, I contacted THY to move my flight to the previous day. However, I was told that I needed to pay ₺2600. Despite having a Prime Fly ticket for flights totaling ₺7500, I was still charged ₺2600.

From what I understand, they don't charge a penalty for changes, but they do charge the fare difference and an additional ticketing fee, which seems like an invented cost.

Such wordplay is not befitting an institution like THY.
