Turkish Airlines Online Check-In Isn't Working
I can't finish the check-in process through the mobile app for THY airline, which is a very frustrating problem I've been having lately. No matter how many times I try to do it online or call customer service, they insist that it can only be done at the airport. It is the craziest thing ever! Even though you told me I could check in 24 hours ahead of time, you are making it so I can only do it at the airport. Because of this, it is possible that my parents and I will be put in different seats or that our seats will be given to someone else. It doesn't happen very often, but I'm still worried about what new things will happen when I get to the airport.
