Turkish Airlines New York Flight Provided Poor Quality Meal and Service
New York (JFK) - Ankara (ESB) April 20, 2024, Saturday
This flight lasted approximately 9 hours.
The meal options provided during the flight were below expectations. The chicken dish did not meet expectations. The alternative pasta and dessert options were also unsatisfactory. The quality of meals offered for a long flight was inadequate.
There were passengers from different countries on the plane, and this situation was disappointing for us representing Turkish Airlines.
The quality of beverages was also not as good as before. There was a noticeable decline in the quality of service.
The seat space was insufficient for comfort and was uncomfortable.
Previously, Turkish Airlines was our first choice, and we paid a higher fare compared to other options with the expectation of quality service. However, on this flight, we were disappointed in terms of quality.
The decline in the quality of service at Turkish Airlines is truly disappointing.
