I am filing a complaint regarding the situation I encountered on February 11, 2024, with flight number TK2642 from Istanbul Airport to Elazig. I am currently on the plane, which was supposed to take off at 09:15. Due to alleged weather conditions, we circled four times between Elazig and Malatya and landed in Malatya at 12:00. After this three-hour wait, we were not allowed to disembark and were directed back to our seats to prepare for the return to Elazig. It is now 12:45! I ask you, dear officials: Why are we experiencing this delay when Elazig Airport was accepting landings during the time we were waiting in Malatya? Why is this happening when the weather is favorable, everyone has their own commitments, and there are even people feeling unwell on the plane? Who is responsible for this negative situation? Is it M***** or the shortcomings in your organization? I am very anxious, and everyone is very anxious. Everyone on this flight, including children and the elderly, is in great distress! I have never encountered such a situation before. The service provided fell below expectations. There is not much more to say. You failed to meet expectations!
