Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation Fee
Hello, we had a flight with Turkish Airlines on September 3rd at 08:00 AM from Istanbul Airport to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. Despite arriving half an hour before the flight and completing the check-in process, we were informed by the staff that the baggage check-in was closed and our flight was canceled. In April, we had a similar flight with this airline to Ordu. Even though there were only 10 minutes left for the flight and we hadn't even completed the check-in process, all our procedures were completed, and the plane was informed to wait for us. We were shocked by the situation we experienced on September 3rd and were directly directed to the ticket exchange desk in room number 2, where we had to pay for another ticket. We request that this grievance be resolved because we cannot accept the rude behavior and direct ticket exchange fee from such a world-renowned airline.
