Turkish Airlines Misleads Customers When Purchasing Tickets

I purchased a Turkish Airlines ticket with PNR code UEQRK7, and at the time of booking, I opted for a return ticket with a "full refund" option, paying more than double the price of a one-way ticket. However, there was no information provided that using the outbound ticket would convert it into a regular ticket. If I had known, why would I pay such a significant difference? I contacted customer service, and they asked me to open a feedback file. I did, and now I'm waiting. My priority is getting a refund, and I believe it's crucial to have a transparent system in place during the booking process to avoid misleading customers. Let's hope for a fair resolution.
