I Cannot Access My Turkish Airlines App Despite Repeated Attempts

I am a Star Alliance member of Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles and a very frequent flyer who was happily using the Turkish Airlines app. However, for some reason, my password was blocked, and despite following all the necessary steps, no action has been taken for over a week. I called customer service multiple times, but each time I was told to wait without any clear explanation or timeline. I even tried reinstalling the app and resetting my password again, but nothing worked. This has become extremely frustrating. I am genuinely ashamed that a system associated with "the best airline" is failing to resolve such a simple issue and showing no ability to provide a basic level of service.
