Turkish Airlines Lacked Providing Service About Generating a Boarding Pass
In December 2023 and January 2024, I experienced the same issue, and instead of improving, Turkish Airlines (THY) has regressed. I tried to check in for a ticket from IST to SAW for the next day, but I couldn't generate a boarding pass. They sent me a link, and I saw that my round-trip ticket appeared as a connecting flight in the system, preventing me from generating a boarding pass. In December, customer service sent me my boarding pass via SMS, but today they told me that this service has ended. Now, because of THY's incompetence, I have to explain my situation at the airport and ask someone to generate my boarding pass, both for departure and return! How can a global airline company receive so many service awards when it can't even manage flights between different airports in the same city? I can't understand! If you can't manage it, at least don't make passengers suffer and fix your own mistakes! Don't make us run around because of your errors! You are exhausting people!
