Turkish Airlines' Lack of Responsiveness

I purchased a ticket from Istanbul to Sivas through Turkish Airlines' own app based on their campaign. However, I mistakenly selected Sabiha Gokcen Airport instead of Istanbul Airport. When I contacted the company to correct this to Istanbul Airport, they quoted a price almost as high as buying a new ticket. In the past, Turkish Airlines has arbitrarily canceled flights, changed flight times, and caused delays up to 8-10 times. They don't even listen to our legitimate reasons. Therefore, I condemn Turkish Airlines and will choose Pegasus Airlines for flights from Sabiha Gokcen Airport from now on. I have never had any problems with Pegasus. There's no need to use Turkish Airlines just for a sandwich.
