Turkish Airlines Flight Changes and Customer Service Issues

I purchased an original ticket (reservation number s3sies) which can be reviewed. My ticket was from Adana to Istanbul, and then from Istanbul's Sabiha Gokcen Airport to London. My flight was canceled twice, and I was informed that due to operational reasons, I could no longer fly from Adana to Sabiha Gokcen and had to go through Istanbul Airport instead. It turns out my flight was transferred to Anadolujet.
I accepted this change, but after staying awake all night and dragging a 23 kg suitcase between airports, I found out that Anadolujet doesn't offer in-flight entertainment or meals. I could have avoided all this if I had purchased a budget ticket from the beginning. When I created a feedback file, no one resolved it.
Turkish Airlines file number 10675962 told me to contact Anadolujet. Anadolujet, after one and a half months (file number vf-26993), told me to contact Turkish Airlines. No one is accepting responsibility for the inconvenience caused to the customer or issuing a refund (I would like to remind you that I cannot fly from Istanbul Airport to Sabiha Gokcen because Turkish Airlines changed my ticket to Istanbul Airport, so you should cover my bus ticket cost).
