Turkish Airlines Ticket Issue on Sabiha Gokcen to Antalya Flight
On August 4th, I purchased a ticket for the 17:45 flight from Sabiha Gokcen to Antalya. The ticket amount was deducted from my account. When I arrived at the airport, I was told that I had a reservation but no ticket. However, they still charged me for the ticket. Then, they found a seat on the same flight and made me buy another ticket for an additional ₺500. So, I paid twice: around ₺1200 for the first ticket and around ₺1700 for the second one. Neither the first payment was refunded, nor did they help with the ₺500 difference for the second ticket. I am complaining about these issues that occurred after I made this transaction through Turkish Airlines' mobile app. They criticize Pegasus, but the inconvenience they caused and their failure to respond to any of my complaint records show how poor of a brand they are. I demand a refund and compensation for my money.
