Turkish Airlines Hygiene, Delay, and Baggage Issues
I purchased tickets from the Turkish Airlines website, trusting their so-called assurance, but I have encountered severe hygiene issues, untrained flight attendants, baggage transfer errors causing hours of hassle, and constant delays.
Turkish Airlines now sells tickets for every company on its official website under its assurance, and the quality has significantly declined.
As a customer, I am extremely dissatisfied. The complaint process is also very exhausting. On October 25, 2023, at 15:26, my call to the Turkish Airlines call center should be reviewed. They provided numerous excuses and requested file numbers to prevent me from filing a complaint. What is your duty there if you do not record complaints?
Written complaint forms take too much time. There is a policy and effort to prevent complaints.
Even when I struggled and filed a written complaint, it was completely ignored.
Overall dissatisfaction and poor quality. In the past, higher prices were justified by quality.
Now it is expensive and low-quality.
Whenever I ask someone or the topic comes up, everyone has the same opinion: Turkish Airlines is not the old Turkish Airlines anymore. They know themselves. The market is competitive, let them continue to belittle their customers and see what they become. Personally, unless I'm really, really forced in terms of time or route, I never choose them anymore. Emirates, Saudia, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways... They all now offer services far superior to Turkish Airlines. They make you feel concepts like "being a customer" or "satisfaction" that you don't feel with Turkish Airlines. Thanks to the thousands of people who read my complaint.
