Turkish Airlines Hotel Reimbursement Delay After Flight Cancellation

My flight from Adiyaman to Ankara with Turkish Airlines was canceled due to bad weather, forcing me to stay in Adiyaman for 3 days. When I spoke with the customer service representative and the ticketing officer, I was assured that the accommodation costs would be covered. I stayed at a hotel for 3 days and paid with my credit card. Upon arriving in Ankara, I requested a refund and was informed that only one day's payment would be made, which left me feeling distressed. They confirmed the one-day payment and asked for my credit card details and other documents. However, three weeks have passed, and no payment has been made. When I contacted customer service, they said the payment could not be processed due to high volume and would be made as soon as possible, but another 20 days have passed since then.

What kind of service is this? Despite your customer service representative stating that the payment for 3 days would be made, I agreed to just one day, and even that has not been paid. They are just stalling.
