I am writing to address a very important issue regarding the services of Turkish Airlines, which we have been using with satisfaction for a long time.
First of all, I would like to thank you for providing us with a privileged travel experience for many years. However, a recent incident has caused some concern and disappointment, and I felt the need to share this with you.
On January 20th, our planned Istanbul-Tivat flight was canceled due to weather conditions, which negatively impacted our travel plans. Because the flight cancellation time conflicted with our hotel's cancellation policies, we faced unexpected expenses such as a reservation cancellation fee.
We communicated this issue through Turkish Airlines' feedback channels, but the responses indicated that the initiative does not cover flight cancellation expenses. However, if these expenses are due to the flight cancellation delay, why are they not covered? The hotel penalty, being almost as high as the flight cost, exacerbates the seriousness of the situation.
The purpose of writing this letter is to find a solution to this issue and to ensure the continuation of our positive relationship with Turkish Airlines. Without losing our belief in customer satisfaction, I seek your assistance in this matter.
