I recently had a frustrating and annoyance-inducing experience with Turkish Airlines. I had booked a flight with high hopes because I trusted the airline's reputation. My expectations were dashed, however, when I encountered a series of delays that turned my journey into a nightmare. Not once, but three times, the flight was delayed! To make matters worse, the airline failed to provide even basic amenities like water or updates to the waiting passengers during these lengthy delays. It was a night flight, and instead of explanations, we were left in the dark, both literally and metaphorically. This experience was very disappointing for me as a loyal customer who chose Turkish Airlines based on its reputation. Flight delays are unavoidable, but the lack of communication and disregard for passenger comfort and needs was simply unacceptable. It's unfortunate that a reputable airline like Turkish Airlines would let its customers down in this manner.
