I usually travel with Turkish Airlines. However, unfortunately, in my last three flights, I have experienced constant delays. These delays are typically notified about an hour before the flight time or communicated via message. While short delays of 25-30 minutes might be acceptable, the delay duration extends even further once we board the plane due to reasons like 'ventilation problems' or 'air traffic on the runway.' This situation causes each flight to be delayed by an average of 1.5 to 2 hours.
Turkish Airlines claims to be one of the best brands in the world, advertising with star players and top-level football organizations globally. However, such constant delays, lack of operational planning, and preparation are damaging the brand's reputation and reducing customer satisfaction for passengers like me.
As a passenger, I felt that I could reach my destination in the same amount of time with my own vehicle. This does not align with the service quality that THY promises. If this situation continues, unfortunately, I will have to consider choosing different airlines.
