NetShort Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription
Even though I had already canceled my NetShort subscription, I discovered that $10 was charged to my Enpara debit card at approximately 2:53 a.m. on July 8, 2026, without my knowledge or authorization. I do not have an active subscription showing in the app, so I do not accept this charge.
I was unable to find a customer service representative or support channel within the NetShort app to report the issue. I also tried calling Enpara customer service at that time, but because it was late at night, I could not reach anyone. I plan to contact my bank again in the morning to dispute this unauthorized transaction.
I request that NetShort immediately refund the $10 charged to my debit card after my subscription had already been canceled. I also ask the company to investigate how this unauthorized charge occurred and take the necessary steps to ensure that similar charges cannot happen again.
