Kıyafet Sepeti Denied My Refund for an Online Order

I placed an order for a dress on the Kıyafet Sepeti website on July 4, 2026, and it was delivered on July 6. The dress did not fit me properly, and the style was not what I expected. As permitted under my legal right to return online purchases within the applicable return period, I sent the item back on July 7 for a refund.

However, both by phone and through the company's WhatsApp support, I was told that they would not accept a return and would only allow an exchange. I explained that the dress was not available in my size and that, even if it had been, I did not like the style. Despite this, I was pressured into choosing a different product. I reluctantly selected another item and was told it would not be shipped until the returned dress had been inspected.

The original dress cost $271, while the replacement item I was forced to choose costs $126. When I requested that the $145 price difference be refunded to my credit card, my request was refused.

My order number is 1328598. I believe refusing to honor my legal right to return the product and forcing me into an exchange is unfair and inconsistent with consumer protection laws. I request that my return be accepted and that the full $271 I paid be refunded to my credit card without any deductions, rather than being forced to accept an exchange.
