NetShort Won't Recognize My Active Subscription

On March 26, 2026, I purchased a one-year NetShort subscription through my mobile phone bill for $76. I was able to use the service without any issues for a while. However, the app later required me to sign in again, and after doing so, my account no longer showed an active subscription. Since then, I have been unable to watch any content, even though I already paid for a full year of service.

I was never provided with a customer ID, order number, or any other reference that would help me resolve the issue myself. In addition, I have been unable to reach either NetShort or my mobile carrier for assistance. As a result, I have not been able to use the annual subscription I paid for since June 1, 2026.

I request that NetShort immediately restore my annual subscription and extend it to cover the period beginning June 1, 2026, during which I was unable to access the service because of this account issue.
