Kıyafet Sepeti Refused to Refund a Misrepresented Dress

On July 3, 2026, at 1:13 a.m., I ordered a size 42 evening dress from the Kıyafet Sepeti website. The order was delivered on July 4, 2026. My order number is 1328339, my invoice number is MKK2026000003520, and I paid $180 by credit card.
Before placing my order, I carefully selected the size based on the measurements provided on the website. According to the size chart, the bust measurement for this dress should have been 94–97 cm (37.0–38.2 inches). However, when I received the dress and measured it, the bust measured only 77 cm (30.3 inches). In other words, the dress I received is closer to an XS size and is dramatically smaller than the measurements advertised.
Despite the fact that this problem clearly resulted from inaccurate sizing information provided by the company, my refund request was denied. When I contacted Kıyafet Sepeti through WhatsApp, I was told that the company does not accept returns and would only offer a size exchange, a different model, or a store gift card valid for one year. However, I had already ordered the largest available size (42), so exchanging for a larger size is not even possible.
Because the dress does not match the advertised measurements, I was unable to wear it to an event I was scheduled to attend that weekend. I consider this product to be not as described because its actual dimensions do not match the published size chart. I do not accept being forced to choose a different size, another product, or a store credit for a problem caused by the seller's inaccurate product description.
I request that Kıyafet Sepeti accept the return of the dress and issue a full refund of the $180 I paid. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue all remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
