Michelin Denies Warranty Claim for Slipping Primacy Tour Tires on KGM EVX

I am deeply dissatisfied with the 245/45 R20 Michelin Primacy Tour tires that came factory-installed on my 2025 KGM EVX vehicle. From day one, these tires have delivered unsafe and unreliable traction. At any speed, I experience severe wheel slip during braking and sudden acceleration, an extreme lack of wet grip, and an inability to drive uphill. I have narrowly avoided three or four accidents because of this, leaving my family and me fearing for our safety every time we use the car.

These issues have persisted for roughly 12,000 kilometers. On August 6, 2026, I filed a formal complaint at the Michelin KRM dealership in Izmit, Kocaeli, providing photos that documented the condition of the tires. However, Michelin Turkey rejected my claim outright without conducting a thorough inspection. Throughout this process, tires that I believe are seriously defective continue to put my family and me at risk.

I feel Michelin Turkey has shown a complete lack of concern regarding this critical safety issue. I explicitly demand that authorized specialists perform a thorough warranty inspection of the Michelin Primacy Tour tires on my car and, upon verifying the defect, replace the entire set free of charge with brand-new, safe tires of the same size.
