Issue with Changing Turkish Airlines Award Ticket

I wanted to change the award ticket I purchased with my points from Turkish Airlines 4 days before my flight. The fare differences were calculated and everything was agreed upon, but my new ticket was never issued. Each time, I was told to call back in 2 hours because the approval email from the operations center had not arrived. I called 8 times within 2 days, and the progress was unclear. One customer representative said I would be contacted, while another told me to call back in 2 hours. There is 1 day left until my flight. My initial flight is from Esenboğa to Cyprus, and the flight I am trying to change is from Konya to Cyprus. I can't make my plans. From where will I depart? Will I be able to go? If I can't go, my return tickets will also be wasted. Due to your uncertainty and lack of attention, I had to cancel my tickets. My entire schedule was disrupted. For the uncertain situation you put me in and the financial and emotional damage you caused, I extend my best wishes separately to your so-called 'Operations Center,' the relevant employees, and the managers.
