Turkish Airlines Flight Information Not Provided for Promotional Ticket
THY is not providing information for my promotional ticket! On January 11, 2023, I purchased four round-trip tickets for two people to Antalya for September from Turkish Airlines using my Miles&Smiles card in 6 installments. Unfortunately, I can't access the flight information sent to my email and phone because it got deleted. I contacted THY customer service three times and created two feedback requests (TK-9188600, TK-9168162) to retrieve my flight date (which I can't remember exactly) and other flight details (because I need to get a leave of absence from work). They suggested that I might not have made the payment (although my credit card statement shows I paid the 5th installment) and claimed that there was no such purchase in their system. I asked them to resend the automatic messages and emails, but they didn't. They checked the payment via my credit card but couldn't find it. I asked if they could find it using my T.C. ID number, but they said no. I also asked if they could send the flight information now since the system would automatically send it a day before for check-in, but that didn't work either. What era are we living in? Why can't a company like THY provide my flight information via customer service and email? How can I access my flight details?
