Gemini Pro's $1 Trial Turns Into $28 Unauthorized "CHATBOX-HELP.com" Charge

I purchased a Gemini Pro membership through the website on June 15, using a promotional offer listed as $1 for 5 days. While I believed only that $1, 5-day charge would be taken, I noticed that after the 5-day period ended, on June 20, an additional charge of $28 was made from my Ziraat card without my knowledge or consent. When I checked my card statement, I saw this transaction labeled "CHATBOX-HELP.com." I never saw any notification, confirmation screen, or clearly stated pricing for this amount. For this reason, I absolutely do not approve this charge and believe it to be an unjust transaction. I spoke with my bank, Ziraat, about this issue, but I was told there was no problem on their end. As Zeynep Çıplak, I'm requesting that this $28 charge, made without my knowledge, be canceled and refunded to me, and that any future charging authorization tied to this site be removed from my account/card. I'm also requesting that my membership, if it's still showing as active, be terminated without any additional fees being charged.
