Turkish Airlines Flight Delay Caused Me Inconvenience
I am a passenger on THY 7067, scheduled for 21:55 from Trabzon to Ankara. Initially, my flight was delayed by 20 minutes, then 40 minutes, and eventually 1 hour to 2 hours. After the 2-hour mark, we were informed that due to wind conditions, the plane couldn't land and we needed to wait another hour. The plane was expected to land at 12:20 and take off at 12:50. The plane landed around 12:30, but then we were told that the pilot wouldn't fly and a new crew might be needed, with no certainty if the new crew would arrive. The flight was delayed by another hour, and as of now, it is 01:46. We still have no information about the crew or the departure time. We are extremely inconvenienced.
All passengers are left in uncertainty, and there is no staff available to answer our questions. There is a significant issue with organization and communication. The call center cannot provide information about operational changes. We are in a very difficult situation.
