8 Ball Pool Banned My Account Without Explanation, Need Recovery

My 8 Ball Pool account, which I use through both Facebook and Google, was suddenly banned on 27 July 2026 with a notice stating that my account was blocked for abusing the game. After this ban I completely lost access to my account. Before the ban, I had only downloaded and used an application called Lucky Cat, and apart from that I did not use any cheats, mods or third‑party tools to gain an unfair advantage in the game. I believe this ban is unfair and that my account was closed without a proper and detailed review. I request that my 8 Ball Pool account be re‑examined and unbanned, and that my full access to the game be restored. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the ban and which action was considered a violation, so that I can avoid any similar problem in the future.
