Little Caesars Pizza Did Not Match Expected Quality, Need A Refund

I have been regularly and gladly buying the Large Barbecue Sauce Pizza as take-away from your Esenler branch, but on 27.07.2026 I experienced a serious quality problem. When I opened the box, I could clearly see that the ingredients were significantly reduced, and it felt almost like eating plain dry dough instead of a properly topped pizza. For the price I paid, the product I received was far from satisfactory and did not match the quality I expect from your brand. In order not to lose my trust in your brand, I request that the ingredient standards and overall quality improve.
