Today, we had a 13:20 flight to Tbilisi with Turkish Airlines. Due to weather conditions, we couldn't land in Tbilisi, which is understandable. However, the subsequent events were extremely frustrating. First, we landed in Trabzon for refueling, and the captain decided to head back to Istanbul. We were told that a ground crew would meet us there and take care of everything. We agreed to this, but upon arrival, there was no clear plan for us. No arrangements had been made for what we would do next. We spent the entire day at the airport from 8 AM to midnight, feeling stranded with our children. This was the most chaotic journey we've ever experienced. We paid a lot of money trusting Turkish Airlines, but they let us down. Our hotel reservation was also wasted. Even now, we are being redirected to the airport with no clear solution. We want our grievances to be addressed.
