Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Lost Baggage Issues
Regarding the Turkish Airlines flights TK2109 and TK1859 on 25.09.2023.
As usual, the Ankara-Istanbul flight was delayed by more than an hour, causing me to rush to catch my connecting flight to Madrid despite having undergone surgery (I need to avoid sudden movements and sweating). I was the last person to board the Madrid flight.
To make matters worse, upon arriving in Madrid, I discovered that both of my suitcases were lost. All my daily medications, post-surgery serums, personal belongings, and gift foods were inside. Since I couldn't carry heavy cabin baggage due to my surgery, I paid an extra 20€ to check it in. This is a prime example of how much inconvenience one can face in a single day. If my suitcases are not found promptly and I am unable to take my post-surgery medications, I will take all necessary actions for any financial and emotional damages incurred. I urgently expect a constructive solution and a prompt response. I have also filed a lost baggage report at the Madrid airport, which is attached.
