Lost Luggage on Turkish Airlines TK 0003 Flight - Urgent Assistance Needed for Recovery

On 06.08.2024, we had a flight from New York at 07:05 on TK 0003. Upon arrival, one of our two suitcases was missing. The missing suitcase has the number TK 291334. We are in a difficult situation because all of our belongings, including my child's essential medications, were in that suitcase. It appears that someone else took our suitcase, leaving theirs behind because the luggage brand and name tags were similar.
Despite this, Turkish Airlines has provided no assistance in locating the person who took our bag, leaving us feeling helpless. This situation has caused us both financial and emotional distress, ruining our holiday. I am filing a complaint and request immediate action to recover our belongings.
