Ralph Lauren MJVT6742 T-Shirt Never Arrived Despite “Delivered” Status

In the second week of May, I ordered a Ralph Lauren Classic Fit Jersey Crewneck T-shirt for men in black, model MJVT6742, from the ralphlaurenturkiye.me website. I paid a total of slightly more than $62, including shipping. Shortly after making the payment, I received an email from a company called Galiba, which provided information about the status of my shipment. The email stated that the order would be delivered within approximately 10–15 business days and asked me to be patient. It also included a tracking link that supposedly allowed me to monitor the shipment in real time.

When I clicked the tracking link, I saw that the order had been shipped from China. Approximately one month later, I checked the website again and noticed that the tracking page showed my order as “delivered.” However, I never received any package whatsoever. The fact that order reference number #177900666046155611 is shown as delivered in the system even though no product was actually delivered has caused me both financial and emotional distress.

On June 15, 2026, I contacted both the intermediary company called Galiba and the ralphlaurenturkiye.me website where I purchased the product. I explained that the tracking website showed my order as delivered even though I had not received any package and attached a screenshot of the tracking status. I specifically asked, “My order appears to have been delivered, but I have not received any package. Could this ‘delivered’ status mean that the package has only reached a courier company in Kadıköy?” Despite clearly explaining the situation, I have received no response whatsoever and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that the product I have already paid for be delivered to me immediately. If delivery is not possible, I request a full and prompt refund of the amount I paid. I also request a written explanation regarding what happened to my order and why it was marked as delivered despite never being received.
