Careless Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage

Lost my luggage yesterday on 20/07/2023 while traveling from Sharjah to Sabiha airport. Done complaining to ground services at the airport. More than 48 hours have passed, and my luggage is not found. I had gifts for my family on it. Important documents. All were missing and we are living in horror, just because of the ridiculous service of Turkish Airlines being so careless. The Turkish airline baggage track system is still showing that the search is in progress, as I lost the bag on Amazon Forest, not at security security-controlled airport and security transfer of Turkish Airlines. How can this happen, this is just unacceptable. You can imagine how careless the staff they have hired is. In my 25 years of travel history, this has never happened to me. Really super ridiculous airline, and still they have no idea where my luggage is. It was a direct flight of less than 4 hours, how is this even possible to happen? I will sue them for this mental torture in court. I don't want this to be repeated with anyone again.
