On May 18, 2025, I purchased a pair of Ralph Lauren eyeglasses, series/model number 5804, from the Atasun Optik store in Şirinevler, Bahçelievler, Istanbul. When I was purchasing the glasses, the employees held the frame up to my face, told me that the model suited me, and obtained my approval. At the time, I did not notice any problem and proceeded with the purchase.

Shortly after I started using the glasses, I noticed that the frame was excessively angled compared with normal eyeglass frames. Because of this angle, the glasses constantly put pressure on both my nose and the area around my eyes, causing significant discomfort. I have been using these glasses for approximately one year, and I have experienced serious comfort issues throughout this period.

I have contacted 3–4 different Atasun stores so far in an attempt to resolve the problem. Each time, I was told that this was simply the way the model was designed and that nothing could be done. However, I believe that the excessive angle and pressure are not normal and significantly affect the comfort of the glasses during everyday use.

Because of the uncomfortable design of the glasses, I request that the frame be replaced or that the glasses be exchanged for a more comfortable model that does not put constant pressure on my nose and the area around my eyes. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and resolved with a customer-focused solution.
