Atasun Optik Delayed My Ralph Lauren Prescription Glasses for 19 Days
On June 29, 2026, I ordered a pair of Ralph Lauren prescription eyeglasses from the Atasun Optik Hilltown store. I ordered both the frame and prescription lenses and paid approximately $311 in full by card at the time of the order. I was told that the glasses would be delivered within one week at the latest. However, as of today, 19 days have passed and my glasses still have not been delivered.
Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told that there was a problem with the lenses and that it would be resolved, but I was simply kept waiting. During this period, I called the store at least five times. The last time I contacted the Hilltown branch, I was told that they would check the glasses they had received and call me back within five minutes, but that call never came. I also contacted Atasun's general customer service and explained the situation. However, they offered no concrete solution other than telling me to contact the store again. A few days later, I was contacted only to apologize for the delay, but my glasses still had not been delivered.
The attitude of the employees at the Hilltown branch was another major disappointment. Treating customers differently based on their situation and displaying a condescending and arrogant attitude is completely unacceptable in the service industry. I am already being kept waiting for an excessively long time for a product that I paid for in full, and I have also been made to feel as though my concerns are not being taken seriously. This has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that my prescription glasses be delivered to me immediately, complete and without any defects. I also request that the delay and communication problems I experienced be properly investigated and that the necessary warnings or corrective action be taken regarding the employees at the Hilltown branch. If necessary, I would also like to state that I reserve the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee regarding this matter.
