Turkish Airlines Flight Change and Refund Issues for TK0179

I flew from Istanbul Airport to Los Angeles LAX Airport on June 25th with an economy class ticket (TK0179). I had purchased a return ticket (TK0180) for July 15th, which was refundable (with an expected refund of approximately ₺11,000) and changeable, at a price about ₺8,000 higher than the regular ticket price. Due to a major traffic accident I experienced in California, I wanted to postpone my flight and learned that it would cost around $250, even though I checked numerous available dates that were not special days. I realized that there was no such thing as a free change. When I attempted to cancel my flight, which I believed I had the right to do, I was informed that I would receive a refund of approximately ₺1,000. During my conversations with customer representatives, I was told that my flight ticket did not have change rights, and they mentioned various rules. I explained to them that I had faced a similar situation last year, bought the same tickets, and received a refund when I canceled. I also mentioned that I had paid ₺8,000 more than the regular ticket price, but they did not help me at all, leaving me helpless abroad, and I had to cancel without a refund (₺1,000). Additionally, during my 14-hour flight here, I reported multiple times that the in-flight entertainment system was broken, but I received no response or resolution. Will Turkish Airlines improve or follow the path of others and deteriorate? (My Ticket Number: 2352225431327)
