Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation and Enuygun.com Booking Issues
Due to the cancellation of my flight TK1040, Turkish Airlines informed me that I needed to contact Enuygun.com since I purchased the ticket through them. When I reached out to Enuygun.com to rebook, they presented the most difficult option as if it was the only choice available. This option involved over 24 hours of waiting at Bucharest airport, arriving in Istanbul at midnight, transferring to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, and then taking a morning flight to Kayseri. I accepted this option. However, more than 150 other passengers whose flights were also canceled managed to get tickets for a flight to Istanbul at 10 AM the next morning. When I contacted Enuygun.com again, they offered me another option with a slightly shorter waiting time, but it still involved a 24-hour wait in Bucharest and a flight from Istanbul to Kayseri from the same airport. Despite asking if there were other options, they told me that the only available seat on the 3 PM flight was in business class and would cost ₺17,000-₺18,000. They did not mention the 3:50 PM flight and got my approval. They insisted this was my only option. Later, I found out that Turkish Airlines had another afternoon flight with economy class seats available. When I contacted Enuygun.com again, they said no changes could be made since I had already used my one free change. In summary, if they had first processed my refund and then provided flight alternatives, I wouldn't have reached my destination 48 hours later. Because of this, I will never purchase a ticket from Enuygun.com again, not even for a tram ride. This was my first and last time buying a ticket from them.
