Philips Vertical Vacuum Brush Keeps Detaching, Warranty Repair Denied As User Error

1

I have been using a Philips vertical vacuum cleaner in my daily routine, and during normal use the brush repeatedly separates from the dust chamber exactly as seen in the video I recorded. This happens while I am using the product in a standard way at home, without any impact, misuse, or visible damage to the part. I took the product to the authorized service, however they described the situation as user error, even though there is no broken or cracked piece and the problem occurs during regular use. I do not accept this assessment, because a product part that constantly separates under normal, careful use indicates a production or design issue rather than user negligence. I request that the problematic part of my Philips vertical vacuum cleaner be replaced free of charge under warranty and that my complaint be re-evaluated without being unfairly classified as user fault. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for me to be informed accordingly.
