Unban My Account - Thank You

I am writing regarding my UMINGLE account, which was banned yesterday after I accidentally stated in the chat that I was 13 years old. In reality, I am over 18, and this was a mistaken message written by me during the conversation. After the ban, I saw that my account was blocked on the grounds that I was under 18, and I was shown an “Instant Unban” option for 29.99 QAR with a credit card payment form. I find it unfair and inappropriate that my access is blocked based on a single mistaken message and that the only solution offered is to pay a fee for unbanning, especially when I am actually over 18. I have already tried to contact UMINGLE by email several times, but my account has still not been unbanned and I have not received a satisfactory response. I want my account to be reviewed based on my real age information, not just the mistaken statement in the chat, and my ban to be removed without any payment request. My clear and only expectation is that my account ban is lifted as soon as possible, without any fee, and that I can continue to use UMINGLE normally again, along with a clear written confirmation of this decision.
