Due to the constant cancellations of flights between Yuksekova Airport and Istanbul Airport, I changed my flight on 11/02/2024 from Van Ferit Melen Airport to Istanbul Airport for free. Despite experiencing inconvenience for reasons beyond my control, I have been waiting for days to be reimbursed for my travel expenses. Other passengers on the same flight were transferred for free between Yuksekova and Van, but since I had already provided feedback, I was informed that the refund would be processed by Turkish Airlines. Besides the flight cancellations, the departure times of the 18:45 flight were changed to 20:00 and 20:30. As if that wasn't enough, I waited half an hour for my luggage at Istanbul Airport. All these disruptions caused me significant inconvenience. Instead of providing a solution, I am still being troubled. I was told I need to create a new notification. I request reimbursement for my travel expenses and the seat I purchased with miles on the canceled flight.
