Lenovo LOQ 83JE00EXTR Freezing And Crashing During Games After Repairs

I bought my Lenovo LOQ 83JE00EXTR laptop in March from Vatan Computer at 212 Outlet in Istanbul, Turkey. About two months ago the device started to freeze and crash during games, making it impossible for me to use it properly. Because of this, I sent the laptop to repair service twice. Each time they kept the device for a long time, made me wait around two months in total, and then sent back the same laptop saying there was no problem and that I should just take it and go. Despite these reports, the freezing and crashing problem continues in exactly the same way. Vatan told me they can only send the device to Lenovo service, and when I contacted Lenovo support via Twitter, I felt that they did not care about my problem and I could not get any real help or solution. I request that my defective Lenovo LOQ 83JE00EXTR be properly tested under gaming load, that the freezing and crashing problem be definitively fixed without further delays, and if this is not possible, that my device be replaced with a new one or my money refunded.
