Candy Hoover Washing Machine Excessive Noise And Vibration

My Candy Hoover washing machine has been operating with excessive noise and vibration for approximately one month. The machine shakes during the spin cycle and makes a disturbing noise throughout the house. Because of this issue, I requested service visits on three separate occasions. Each time, the technicians said the machine was “normal” and left without carrying out any repairs or other procedures. Despite these visits, the problem has not been resolved, and the same excessive noise and vibration continue every time I use the machine.

I do not believe the washing machine is operating properly or safely under these conditions. I do not want the product to be repaired. Instead, I request that my washing machine be replaced with a new model that operates quietly and without any problems. If the replacement machine is also excessively noisy and vibrates in the same way, I request that the sale be canceled and the full amount I paid be refunded. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and a permanent solution to be provided as soon as possible.
