Franke FDWS 742A++XS Dishwasher Upper Basket Corrosion And Peeling

I own a Franke FDWS 742A++XS dishwasher and for the last 10 days I have been experiencing a serious problem with the upper basket. There is visible corrosion and material shedding on the upper basket, which I find unacceptable for a product of this age and brand. Due to this problem, I am worried both about the durability of the product and about possible hygiene and health risks during use. I shared visual material clearly showing the corrosion and shedding so that the situation can be seen more clearly. I request that the upper basket of my dishwasher be replaced with a discounted or, if possible, free new upper basket, or that an equivalent solution be provided. I kindly ask you to review my complaint and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
