Efootball Account Recovery

I have been playing eFootball on mobile with a Konami ID since 21 August 2022 and I am writing because my account appears to have been hacked and I can no longer access it. I live in Nigeria and my account is linked to my Gmail address and mobile device. Recently, someone gained access to my Gmail account that was linked to my Konami ID, changed the password and also changed the email details. After this happened, I tried to recover my Konami account using the normal password reset options, but it was not possible because the registered email had already been changed by the hacker. When I tried to reset my KONAMI ID password, I even received an automatic error message saying that my email address was not registered to a KONAMI ID, although this is the email I had always used. I also have a Konami verification email that shows a code for changing the KONAMI ID email address, which I did not request myself. I have already followed the Gmail recovery steps that were suggested to me, but none of them work because the hacker has fully taken over the email. I have spent about 15,000 Naira in total on this eFootball account and I do not want to lose my progress and purchases because of this security breach, which did not happen from my side. I kindly request that my hacked eFootball mobile/Konami ID account be recovered and returned to me, or that you provide another secure solution so I can regain access to my account and the in‑game content I paid for. I am ready to provide any additional information or proof you may need to verify that I am the original owner of this account.
