Turkish Airlines Flight Boarding Issue and Lack of Assistance

A month ago, I purchased a flight ticket to attend my cousin's wedding, but due to THY's faulty operations, I couldn't make it. On August 5th, we went to Istanbul Airport for our 08:40 Van flight. Since there was less than an hour left for our flight, we proceeded to the D counter. Out of 12 counters, only 4 were dedicated to passengers with less than an hour left for their flight, 4 were for passengers with only one flight personnel, and 4 were closed. How reasonable or meaningful is it for only 4 TGS personnel to serve passengers with less than an hour left for their flight! After waiting for a few minutes, the staff at the counter informed me that the flight was closed and they couldn't take us. At this point, there were approximately 40 minutes left for the flight. Despite all our insistence and explaining that we had to attend my cousin's wedding that evening, we were not accepted onto the flight with an indifferent and unempathetic attitude. Meanwhile, a few passengers were taken care of at counter D44. When I asked what I should do, I was told to speak with the Ticketing Department. In a situation I experienced for the first time in my life, I went to the Ticketing Department with a glimmer of hope. Despite explaining the situation repeatedly and almost begging for help, no one paid any attention. The only thing said was, 'The system closes 45 minutes before the flight.' However, my spouse and I explained with examples that we had flown even 30 minutes before the flight many times. The shock and sadness of the moment, combined with the anxiety of not being able to go, made me raise my voice. The lady there responded mockingly, 'I'm not deaf. There's no need to raise your voice.' She did nothing else. I asked them to look for alternatives. The only suggestion was the 19:30 Diyarbakir flight. An alternative 300 km away from the evening wedding! Due to overselling tickets by 10%, I couldn't attend my cousin's wedding, waited hungry and thirsty at the airport until 15:30, and couldn't find a proper explanation or assistance. The behavior and attitude of a company under the wealth fund, which includes national values and some of our country's most valuable brands, is utterly inappropriate.
