Dramawave Charged My Card Early Before My Subscription Renewal Date

I was using a weekly subscription on the Dramawave app and expected my renewal date to be July 21. However, before the subscription renewal date arrived, my card was charged $8 on July 20, 2026, at 4:47 p.m. Although I had not taken any action to renew, cancel, or pause the subscription before the payment date, I do not consider it acceptable that the payment was taken early.

I request a refund of the $8 amount that was charged prematurely and that my subscription renewal process be handled clearly and transparently on the actual renewal date.
