Dramawave Charged My Bank Account $26 Before My Subscription Expired

I had a Dramawave subscription that was supposed to expire on July 19, 2026. However, I noticed that $26 was charged from my bank account on July 18, 2026, without any request or authorization from me. I believe this transaction was unauthorized because I never approved it in any way.

After noticing the unauthorized charge, I contacted Dramawave through Gmail, but no solution has been provided regarding my issue so far. I request a refund of the $26 charged from my account without my permission and the immediate cancellation of my subscription if it was renewed without my authorization. I also request that this transaction be investigated and that I receive a clear written response regarding the outcome.
