Turkish Airlines Flight and Baggage Issue on Germany-Istanbul Route

I purchased a ticket for the THY Germany - Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen flight on 07.01.2024 at 16:30, including baggage allowance, for ₺2400. Upon receiving a message that the flight was rescheduled to 17:30, I arrived at the airport at 3 PM. Although my check-in was completed and I had a 23 kg baggage allowance, I was informed by THY staff that my baggage could not be loaded onto the plane, causing me significant inconvenience. Additionally, my baggage allowance worth ₺600 and items worth ₺1500 were taken by the security officer. Moreover, the flight departed at 18:15, and during the flight, it was announced that the water tank was broken, meaning no service would be provided and the toilets would be unavailable. Therefore, I am requesting THY to cover my expenses of ₺1500. Please respond to this issue and compensate for my loss.
