I purchased round-trip tickets from Turkish Airlines for my daughter (THY PNR: sdfrwm / ticket no: 2352222150730) and her friend (THY PNR: R867HL / ticket no: 2352222150732) for the Esenboga-Stansted route on January 12, 2024. After the tickets were transferred to Ajet, the PNRs were changed to PNR: 13FYTB for my daughter and PNR: 13FYTA for her friend. Since the tickets I bought from Turkish Airlines were 'extrajet tickets' that included seat selection rights, I had selected seats 07A and 07B for the outbound flight and 09A and 09B for the return flight at the time of purchase. However, I cannot see my seat selections for the flights scheduled in July (outbound) and August (return) in the Ajet ticketing system. When I try to reselect seats, the system does not allow it, and I cannot use my free seat selection rights. Currently, I cannot view or use my free seat selection rights through the sales offices, websites, or mobile applications of Turkish Airlines, Anadolu Jet, and Ajet. According to the information provided by the Ajet Call Center on May 20, 2024, when the tickets were transferred from Turkish Airlines to Ajet, our previous seat selections and free seat selection rights were not transferred. As of May 20, 2024, the system only allows paid seat selection. Despite the baggage rights being transferred, it was found that our seat preferences and seat selection rights were not transferred during the check by the Call Center staff. I request that Turkish Airlines transfer our previously made seat selections or free seat selection rights to Ajet as soon as possible and inform us accordingly. May 20, 2024.
