On March 2, 2024, I purchased tickets for 6 people from Anadolu Jet (reservation number: UTY2QY). As an additional service, I paid ₺750 for 6 seats. The flight was transferred to Ajet (reservation number: 135GL8). The seats I purchased were not transferred. Only ₺125 was refunded for 1 seat (April 9). I have repeatedly spoken with THY, Anadolu Jet, and Ajet representatives on the phone, but the issue remains unresolved. I first requested a refund from Anadolu Jet (April 16). I was then directed to Ajet (April 18). Ajet acknowledged my feedback with the number 19241 (April 18). Ajet also acknowledged my feedback with the number 28100 (April 30) and created an urgency record. When no result was achieved, I called customer relations again and another urgency record was created (May 14). I am requesting a full refund of the seat fees.
