Turkish Airlines Double Charged Me for a Ticket

I made a name and surname change through the e-government system and hadn't had the chance to renew my ID. As a student in Cyprus, I was traveling to Turkey for short periods due to compelling reasons. Despite flying with Pegasus multiple times without any issues, THY, being the worst company in Turkey, told me I needed to call customer service. They were aware that if I contacted customer service, I would miss my flight. They are playing games under the guise of procedures. They made me buy another ticket at the airport, and coincidentally, I was able to fly with the second ticket I purchased. If this company is so 'national,' why was I able to fly when I paid for the ticket a second time? Did it become legal then? Why are they resorting to corruption? I'm a student, and it's like a joke that they charged me for two tickets. I am complaining. I will never use THY again and will prevent all my acquaintances from choosing THY.
